Vintage, silver soldered, sugar bowl with lion head finial circa 1953 by International Silver Co. The body has a letter "A" inside a scroll design, but I can't find which hotel. restaurant, etc it belongs to despite hours of searching. The sugar bowl has a gadroon rim, double handles and the lid has a figural lion head finial. The lid doesn't fit perfectly on top and may not belong to the bowl, but they were acquired together so I'm keeping them together. Beautiful piece for use and collecting.

This sugar bowl is in good, vintage condition for it's age and use. Show some signs of age such as light surface scratches, possible tarnish and/ or light wear and the usual marks/ tiny dings inherent to silver soldered items. The inside looks great with some slight surface scratches. No obvious damage that I can see.
