Antique, quadruple plate/ silver plate, taza/ pedestal bowl with ornate cherub (putti) base and clam shell bowl circa mid to late 1800s. The bowl has a scalloped, clam shell sides with aesthetic style engraving. The pedestal is comprised of 4 cherubs on a heart style frame with spires on a floral base. This may have had a handle previously or the holes are just part of the design. There is light wear or tarnish on the inside of the bowl. It was lacquered when acquired so there may be some remaining. So much more beautiful in person. Use the zoom feature to see the details. Gorgeous piece for display and use. Would make an amazing centerpiece.

This bowl is in great, antique condition. Still very shiny and beautiful with possible wear to the inside of the bowl (or stubborn tarnish). It's hard to tell, but the bowl may be ever so slightly tilted or just fine (the shape of the bowl throws me off). No obvious damage.
