Absolutely gorgeous, full tea set/ coffee service from Goldfeder Silver Co.The set includes coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl, creamer and tray. Tray is very solid with ornate scrolling and shell design on the handles and rim. Each serving piece has scrolling leaves on the handles and feet. The bodies are bulbous shaped and topped with acorn style finials. Stunning set that looks barely used on the insides.
Footed/handled tray measuring approx 27 1/2" hand to handle and 17 1/2" wide.
Coffee and Tea pot measure approx 10" tall x 10" wide handle to spout and 9" tall x 10" wide
Sugar approx 6" tall x 7" wide handle to handle, creamer approx 5" tall x 6 1/4" handle to spout.
Marks: Makers mark for Goldfeder Silver Co (succeeded by Birmingham Silver Co in 1957).
This set appears to be in good vintage condition.. Has some typical signs of use such as light surface scratches, possible polish residue. The insides look barely used. This is a heavy set. Shipping will reflect it, but it's so worth it!
