Vintage Silverplate Tea Set Coffee Service Apple By Wilcox IS

Vintage, silverplate, tea set, coffee service, Apple by Wilcox/ IS. The set contains coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl, creamer and waste bowl. Each piece has a bulbous style body and a sweet little figural apple with leaf finial. Very, lovely and remarkable pieces.

Marks: Wilcox IS International Silver Co Apple Plain 2601-2605

Measurements: approx Coffee pot measure approx 9 1/2" tall x 8 1/2" wide handle to spout and Teapot 8" tall x 9" wide handle to spout. Sugar bowl 5 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" handle to handle, creamer 4" tall x 4" handle to spout, waste bowl 1 3/4" tall x 4" diameter.

This set appears to be in good, vintage condition. Has some typical signs of use such as light surface scratches, possible slight tiny dings or bruises. The insides look great with very light staining, if any. However, the inside of the waste bowl shows a lot of base metal as if a spoon was continually used on it--but it's a waste bowl (looks much lighter than in pictures). No obvious damage.
