Gorgeous, antique, Old Sheffield plate, salver/ serving tray with family armorial crest circa late 1700's. This Georgian period tray is round with a smooth face, delicate beaded rim and stunning, ball and claw feet. The armorial crest is that of a Griffin Rampant. The copper is peaking through on the middle of the face, but it adds to it's lovely charm. Makes a wonderful tea tray, serving tray, centerpiece or just to display.

Measurements: 11 3/4" diameter x 1 1/8" tall

Marks: No makers marks that I can see which is common with Old Sheffield plate.

The tray is in good antique condition. Some typical signs of age and use like light surface scratches. There's a nick in a small section of the rim and an ever so slight bend in the rim in that area (see pics). No other obvious damage I can see.
