Antique, silver plate, barrel style, butter tub/ ice bucket/ champagne chiller from late 1800s/ early 1900s by Poole Silver Co. Lovely half barrel design with wood style slates and handles. Aldo has a removable drain plate. It's much larger than your typical butter tub. It can easily be used as an ice bucket or champagne chiller. It's very solid and in good condition for its age and use. Gorgeous piece to have on display and use.

Measurements: approx 6 3/4" diameter, 8 1/8" handle to handle and 4" tall to top of handle, 3 3/4" tall to to rim.
The barrel is in great antique condition for it's age and use. Has typical signs of use use as light surface scratches, possible slight bruise/ tiny dings. Some possible wear or slight staining at the bottom under drain dish (where bottles or ice came in more contact). Much better looking in person than in pictures. No obvious damage.
