Antique, silver plate/ silver soldered, Meat dome/ cloche by Walker and Hall circa early 1910s. This gorgeous dome was used to cover meat (turkey, roasts, etc) or other foods in hotels, restaurants or wealthy homes. This has a lovely, beaded, curly q type handle and base and a hook to hang when not in use. This solid piece would be great for use as well as display--especially for those who collect hotel style silver.
Measurements: approx 12 1/2" long x 9 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" tall inside, 8" tall to top of handle.

The dome/cloche is in good antique condition. Shows some standard signs of age and use such as tiny dings, light surface scratches, possible light bruises. The handle is a little misshapen but can be fixed. Some light wear to the handle. No obvious damage
