Antique, silver plate, teapot with portrait medallion on each side of Greek soldier and figural face of woman on handle. This teapot was made around 1859 or 60. The medallions are of a portrait of a man's profile in Greek style. The teapot is adorned with Aesthetic etching of acanthus leaves and flowers along with Dentil/ beading around the rim with egg and dart-like frieze around the top of the rim. Measurements: approx 10" tall and 9" wide from handle to spout and approx 6" diameter at its widest.

This teapot is in good antique condition for its age and use. May show some signs of age and use such as light surface scratches, possible tiny bruises, polish residue, etc. There is some light staining in the inside, but may come out with cleaning as I didn't attempt to clean the inside. No obvious damage.
