Antique, silver plate, tea set with handled tray by Theodore B Starr circa 1910s. Each piece has a gadrooned lower bodies with floral handles, spouts and finials on pedestal bases. The tray featuresa twisted rope style rim the compliments the gadroon on the tea set. . These pieces are in good condition inside and out. Use the zoom feature to see the details.
Measurements: approx coffee pot 11" tall x 9 1/2" wide handle to spout. Teapot 10" tall x 9 1/2" handle to spout, creamer 5" tall x 6" handle to spout, sugar bowl 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" wide. Tray measures approx 17" long x 13" wide
Marks: Makers mark for Theodore B Starr Silver Plate. The tray has no markings I could find.
This set is in great, antique condition--especially for being over 100 yrs old! May show some signs of age and use such as dust, slight surface scratches, small bruises, possible tarnish. Insides look great with very little staining, if any. No obvious damage that I can see.
