Aruba Caribbean Hotel, silver soldered, trays/dishes by International Silver Co one from the opening year of 1959 and the other 1966. Before this hotel became a Hilton Resort, it was called the Aruba Caribbean Hotel. The dishes have the Aruba Caribbean Hotel logo on one side. These dishes looked like they either held crackers or sweetener packets or perhaps q-tips and or cotton balls...very versatile. Beautiful and solid piece for use or anyone who loves to collect hotel/ hospitality silver or memorabilia from the Aruba Caribbean hotel.
Marks: A logo on the side. Bottom International Silver Silver Soldered Aruba Caribbean SN060 and 59 in a square, the other has the same stamped on the bottom International Silver STO658 and 66 in a square.
Measurements: approx 5 1/4" long x 2 1 /4" wide x 1 3/4" tall
These dishes are in good vintage condition for it's age and use. Show some signs of age such as light surface scratches, possible light wear inside (or stubborn tarnish), sticker residue and have the common scratches and marks that are usual with silver soldered items. No obvious damage that I can see.
