Hand-painted oil painting of a farmer with his three purebred sheep in a serene pastoral setting. This piece is lovingly created by me (not a mass-produced item purchased overseas) and is inspired by the historic artwork Valentine Barford (1786–1864), with His Purebred Sheep by Henry Barraud (1811–1874).
The painting features a rich, classic color palette of off-white, cream, greens, gray, blues, blacks, and browns. It comes beautifully housed in an ornate, gold-leaf gilded frame—which was also meticulously hand-gilded by me. Arrives completely ready to hang. The artwork is 5"x 5" and in a 12" x 12" frame. Ready for hanging.

This painting is in great condition. No obvious damage. The frame is in great condition with no obvious damage, but is made to look like an aged piece to give it a unique historic character. These are not considered flaws. Please use the photos as part of the description.
