Vintage, Greenfields Cafeteria and Coffee Shop, silver soldered, pitcher/ creamer circa 1957. This is a solid piece that's still very shiny (so much nicer looking in person than in pictures) and has the Greenfields logo on the side. Greenfields was an upscale cafeteria with several locations in the Detroit, Mi area. By the mid to late 70's all locations were closed. This 8 oz pitcher/ creamer was used in serving in the restaurant. Here is a chance to own a piece of history.
Measurements: approx 5 1/2" tall x 5" wide handle to spout.
Marks: IS International Silver Co Silver Soldered SGO 197 8 oz and 57 in a square indicating the date of manufacture of 1957.
This teapot is in standard vintage condition for it's age and use. Show some signs of age such as light surface scratches, staining on the inside and some wear. No obvious damage that I can see. Still very shiny and beautiful especially on the outside.
Most of my items are vintage which are used or aged so my items are sold "as is". Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless I erroneously forgot to mention a major flaw. My pictures aren't doctored to hide flaws so please use photos as part of the description. My items are antique and vintage. They have been loved through the years and most likely will show such.
