Vintage, silver plate, covered, 2.0 quart, serving dish/ buffet stand with glass insert. The set is fully intact. Features very ornate legs, pierced openwork frame and lovely finial. Beautiful item to serve food on your buffet for dinner parties, showers, weddings or holidays.
Measurements: Silverplate frame approx 17 1/2" long handle to handle, 13 1/4" long without handles. 8 1/2" wide, 4" tall without lid, lids add an additional approx 3" to the height. Inside Glass dish measures approx 12" long x 7 1/2" wide x 2" deep.
Marks: Anchor Hocking on the glass but no marks on the silverplate
This serving set is in good vintage condition. May have signs of age and use such as light marks and light surface scratches, light smudging. There's a line on the top of the lid where perhaps a piece of tape may have been as it's smoother like it was protected. Glass has no chips or cracks No obvious damage.
