Beautiful, gilded gold and teal, Japanese/ Chinoiserie design decanter with screw top. Has intricate gold detailing of Geisha and Japanese text on the main body. The base, top and screw cap are all gold. Beautiful piece for the bar or on display elsewhere. Lovely color of teal.
Marks: Tokyo, Japan 1-6 (or at least appears to be) Japan stamped in the glass on the bottom and gilded letter S
Measurements: approx 10" tall x 4" diameter at its widest.
This item is in great vintage condition. Has some scratches in the gold, but very little. The inside could be cleaned. I usually clean the inside, but I didn't want to leave the inside damp while packed in shipping box and have issues for the new owner as the inside is currently dry. No obvious damage that I can see.
