Beautiful, silver plate, tea set with berry finial by Goldfeder Silver Co (predecessor of Birmingham Silver Co). This is a unique and tall set. Each piece has a pear shaped body, pedestal base, scrolled detailing on the handles and and spout and topped with berry finials. Very unique and beautiful set. Very solid.
Measurements: Teapot approx 13 1/2" tall x 11" handle to spout. Sugar bowl 8" tall x 7" wide, Creamer 7 1/2" tall x 7" wide.
Marks: Has the marks for Goldfeder Silver Co--the predecessor of Birmingham Silver Co
This set is in great vintage condition. Has standard signs of use such as slight surface scratches, albeit minimal. May have some spots of tarnish. Insides look great for age and use--very light staining, if any. No apparent damage I can see.
