Elegant, vintage (possibly antique), full tea/coffee service from 1847 Rogers Bros. The set includes a coffee pot, teapot, sugar, creamer, waste bowl and tray. Each serving item has a fluid, Art Deco style. The tray has a scroll design on the rim and handles. A beautiful set from the past. Great for serving coffee and tea or even just for display.
Tray measures approx 22 1/2" hand to handle and 13 3/4" wide.
Coffee and Tea pot measure approx 8 1/2" tall x 11" wide handle to spout and 7" tall x 11" wide.
Sugar and Creamer measure approx 5 1/2" x 7" handle to handle. Creamer 5 1/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide. Waste bowl 4 3/4" tall x 5 3/4" wide.
Marks: on the bottom 1847 Rogers Bros 002125. The Tray is marked FB Rogers but I acquired the set together and don't want to separate the pieces as they look great together.
This set is in good vintage antique condition. Typical signs of age and use such as possible light surface scratches, possible tiny dings and slight bruises. The insides look better than in pictures. There is either tarnish or staining along the sides of the bottom that I can't reach to clean. There are some slight areas of wear, but it's to the outside of the sugar bowl (see photo). The wear is not near as obvious in person as in pics--I had to hold white paper right in front of it to capture it in photo. Last photo is in natural situation. No obvious damage.
