Vintage, full tea set/ coffee service, Kenwood by Gorham Silver Co. This beautiful set includes coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl, creamer, waste bowl and tray. Each serving piece has a bulbous body and sits on a round base. Around the bottom of the base and rim is a lovely twisted rope design. The same twisted rope design runs along the rim of the tray. This set is in beautiful condition.
Measurements: Coffee and Tea pot measure approx 10 1/2" tall x 9" wide handle to spout and 9" tall x 9" wide Sugar approx 6 1/4" tall x 6 1/2" wide, creamer approx 5 1/2" tall, waste bowl 4 1/8" tall. Tray measures approx 14 1/2" diameter.
Marks: Gorham EPNS Y1501 2 7/8 pint, Y1502 2 5/8 pint, Y1503, Y1504 3/4 Pint, Y1505. The tray isn't Gorham, it's Sheffield Silverplate, but matches beautifully. 5/333
This set is in good condition.. May have some typical signs of use such as light surface scratches. The insides look very clean. The back of the tray shows a little more signs of use from being in contact with a hard surface. No obvious damage.
