Vintage, Grace Steamship Lines, Silver soldered, bowl and pitcher. Made by International Silver Co in 1958 and Reed and Barton. The Grace Lines started as freight ships, but also had passenger ships. These are lovely collectibles to use or display.
Marks: The bowl 9-61 IS International Silver Co Silver Soldered Grace Line 05 Y06 58 in a square indicating the date. The pitcher Reed & Barton Silver Soldered 23 10c 4 oz. It doesn't have the Grace Line stamped on it, but they were acquired together as a set and have the same design.
Measurements: bowl approx 2 1/4" tall x 6 1/4" handle to handle, 4 5/8" diameter. Pitcher measures approx 3 1/8" tall x 3" wide handle to spout.
These pieces are in good vintage condition, especially for it's age and use. Has typical signs of use like light surface scratches and very slight wear mainly at the bottom of the bowl (looks worse in pictures than in person). No obvious damage.
