Rare, Wareham Hotel, Manhattan KS, silver plate, teapot by Derby Silver Co, circa late 1920s. The Wareham Hotel is a 150 room hotel that opened in 1927 in Manhattan KS. It was considered the city's first "skyscraper" at 6 stories tall. The last picture is a postcard of the hotel (not included). This piece is a personal sized teapot from the hotel with the hotel's logo on one side. Here is your chance to own a rare and lovely piece of history. This is in lovely, shiny condition. Great for display and use.

This teapot is in great, antique condition. May show some signs of age and use such as light surface scratches and the usual marks inherent to silver soldered items. Inside is clean with very light staining, if any. No obvious damage that I can see.
